Story- Nite-Wing confronts the croocked Police Chief in Bludhaven, Chief Redhorn, and after a quick beating, forces Redhorn to give him all the information he has on Blockbuster. Nite-Wing gives the information to Nightwing, who is shocked by the scope of the documents. The documents basically have enough information to put Blockbuster in prison for the rest of his life(which given Blockbusters condition, won't be long). Dick initially wants to take the files to the feds, but Nite-Wing convinces him to instead confront Blockbuster first. Dumb move. With the help of the Gorilla Blockbuster had staying at his residence, both Nightwings are defeated and layed at the feet of Blockbuster, who sees Dick as a way to find out who Oracle is. Meanwhile, Torque is still trying to convince Intergang into allowing him to join their criminal cabal.
Overall- This was an OK issue, but a lot seemed kind of rushed, like the altercation between Nite-Wing and Redhorn. I'm also not sure why Blockbuster suddenly has it out for Oracle, maybe something from a Birds of Prey? Anyway, the next issue crosses over with Birds of Prey, which I don't have AAARRRGGHH! Damn crossovers...
