Spotlight on Impulse, Day 1.

As I stated yesterday, I'm going to spend the next few days spotlighting my favorite DCU speedster, Bart Allen. I've liked Bart through all of his various name changes, but Bart as Impulse was definitely my favorite. There are probably hundreds of great Impulse scans I could post, but I'm going to stick with just posting Bart's thoughts. Why post Bart's thoughts you ask?
