So yeah, it's summer...

What with it being summertime and all, and most comics being kind of lackluster to just plain sucky(I'm looking at YOU, DC and Age of Ultron!), JT and I are gonna take a well deserved break now that the weather has heated up.  I'll still do a Best of the Rest type post on Monday or Tuesday, and JT will chip in whenever he has the chance, but things will definitely be slowing down a bit for the summer.  Just a word to the wise.  Until next time?  X out.

Hey, guess what?  It was a year ago today JT added his first post here at the blog!  So a big HUZZAH to that!  Bringing JT aboard was one of the better moves I've ever made, and I think all of you guys would have to agree with that.  So congrats on your one year anniversary, mi amigo!  Here's hoping you end up sticking around for many, many, MANY years to come.  Or for as long as you can tolerate me...  And now, a few pictures of JT's namesake, Jason Todd, doing what he does best!

Hey X-maniacs, X here!  Now I know this is usually the time you guys stop by the blog to see what my great friend, JT, has posted.  However, JT has come down with a wicked illness and asked me if I could handle his posts for the week.  Since I'm already planning on reviewing 9 books as it is, what's another three?  So I'll be handling Red Hood and the Outlaws #16(tonight at 8), Nightwing #16(Sunday night), and since I don't read Green Lantern, I'm gonna do a review on the DMC: Devil May Cry digital comic book for Tuesday night.  Sorry, GL fans.  Anyway, those are the current plans.  Feel better JT!  And for the rest of you guys, until tonight, X out.

Change in Plans

Hey everyone, JT here with a quick announcement. Due to the fact that I've yet to take even a week off since taking the reigns full-time back in June here,  then slowly taking a part-time gig once my buddy X returned, to say I'm a bit tired of blogging would be accurate. I think a week off would be enough to recharge my batteries, and with X taking time off, me having a ton planned for the next week, including the Detroit FanFare, I figure I'll take off for the week. I'll still discuss the comics I've read at my leisure over at the X-Man Comic Forum... We gotta work on that name... and X will be there as well talking comics. Sorry for the change in plans but hey, when ya get burnt out what can you do? See you guys at the Forum, til next time, JT signing off.
