This issue is written by Tony Bedard and illustrated by Claude St. Aubin.
-The bounty hunters attempt to board Dox's ship, but are stopped by the alien woman from last issue who(FINALLY)gives us her name, Storm-Daughter. Storm-Daughter wants Dox to join with Starro, and she explains that if he joins with no trouble he would be allowed to retain some degree of will. Ciji's ship attacks Storm-Daughter, which gives Dox the opportunity to escape.
-Starro's heralds attack the Dominator homeworld.
-Dox sends Wildstar to Maltus to retrieve Silica, presumably so Dox can retake control of LEGION.
-Starro the Conqueror lands on the Dominator homeplanet, and manages to shrug off everything the Dominators throw at him. Back on Maltus, the scientists who saved the Omega Men last issue tell them to stop Starro's plans for conquest, they have to assassinate Starro the Conqueror.
Starro the Conqueror? Huh? I thought Starro was just a big starfish looking thing... I guess not. This was yet another good issue of this series, nothing mind blowing, just a good, solid comic book. All of the storylines are coming together, Dox getting Silica back, Storm-Daughter chasing after Dox, Starro invading the Dominator's homeplanet, the Omega Men being sent after Starro, next issue is shaping up to be pretty good. For a score, I'll give this issue a 7 out of 10. I'd have gone higher if Dox would have been more prominently featured. I can't get enough of that guy! The new and improved Starro!
